The Austin burn community has a lot of folks that can't be on the playa this year for one reason or another....
So we're throwing a burn for all the orphans.
Of course, we felt like we should also invite anyone and everyone who can't make it to the playa this year.
So, come one, come all...Join us for a burn weekend on the grassy playa.
We know there won't be playa dust or windstorms,
but our grassy playa has showers, trees, a creek with a swimming hole, a pool, bugs, and flush toilets...
so we'll just try to make do. :)
Tickets / Cost
° There will be no presale tickets.
° Tickets will only be available at the gate.
° Human tickets will cost $25 per person for the weekend or any part of it.
° Each Pet ticket is $10.
° Please plan to arrive and stay, coming and going will probably incur a fine from the landowner...

Gate Hours
° Friday: 12 noon - 9pm August 29th
° Saturday: 9am-9pm August 30th

Leave No Trace
This is a Leave No Trace event, please plan to clean up your campsite and remove Everything you bring in with you.
This includes food trash, cigarette butts, etc. Minimize packaging to make cleanup easier on yourself.

Ice/Vending
Ice will be sold by the land owner.
Ice is sold to keep us from needing to make daily ice runs.
No other vending will be permitted.
The Gift Economy is in effect.
Note that, unlike Burningman, we will not be selling coffee. If you need it, bring your own.

Cars/Parking/Driving
Unless we get wind of a lot more people coming than we're expecting, there will be no parking volunteers
Cars can park anywhere they like, provided they stay back from the creek, out of fenced in areas, and stay parked during night time

Stage/Pavilion
The stage and pavilion will be available for whoever wants to use them.
If you're not putting on a show, please leave the stage clear for those who would like to do so.

Nudity
Nudity is common at our events. In all areas, clothing is optional, you've been warned.
Children & Pets
If you bring your Children or Pets, you must take responsibility for 100% of their care 100% of the time!
You will also probably find that there are activities that may not be suitable for your children or behavior that you do not wish for your children to see.
Do not expect the community to watch your kids or censor behavior because your children are present.

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Bringing pets is strongly discouraged. If you insist on bringing fido, you must take full responsibility for him. Keep him away from pets and freaks that he doesn't like, keep him quiet, clean up his poop, etc. This event will probably be loud, hot and scary....Fido would most likely be happier at home. Barking dogs are more annoying than loud sound systems, so please keep your animal under control. If you must bring your pet, a $10 pet ticket will be required.
